FUTURE PLANNING
We provide HIV positive individuals with peace of mind by preparing decision, estate and custody planning documents that will protect them and their families should they become incapacitated or die.  Same-sex and unmarried partners often need assurances that medical and financial decisions will be made and honored appropriately. In families with minor children, adoptions and guardianships ensure that children will be adequately supported by custody, medical and social service benefits, and foster care.

Ayudamos a individuos VIH positivos a obtener tranquilidad por medio de preparar decisiones, documentos de herencia y custodia que los protegerán a ellos y sus familias si llegaran a sufrir incapacidad o  morir. Las Parejas del mismo sexo y parejas que no se han casado frecuentemente necesitan asegurar que sus decisiones médicas y financieras serán acatadas y ejecutadas apropiadamente. Para familias con niños pequeños, las adopciones y custodias aseguran que los niños estarán bajo la tutela apropiada, tendrán cuidado médico o beneficios sociales adecuados y cuidado adoptivo.
