HALSA could use your help! HALSA will be providing free legal services to people living with HIV/AIDS to approximately 4,000 people annually. As this number continues to grow, many people have no other means of receiving assistance. With the uncertainty of government funding, money raised through the private sector greatly helps HALSA continue helping those who are financially disadvantaged and most vulnerable. Guardian Partners - Wills and Planned Giving

HALSA's Guardian Partners was established to recognize and honor those individuals who have remembered HALSA in their wills, or some other planned giving instrument. This type of gift is extremely important to the agency for future financial support.

Justice For Life - Annual Fund

Your annual membership contribution helps to sustain the critical services HALSA provides. Donations can be automatically withdrawn from your checking or credit card accounts. This is the most cost-effective way to contribute, keeping our administrative costs low.

A Gift of Stock

Donors may choose to take advantage of appreciated securities as a gift to HALSA. If you have held a security for longer than one year, your gift qualifies as a charitable deduction. A Stock donation is one of the few ways a donor can avoid the significant bite of capital gains tax. This gift can be handled either electronically or by mail. Matching Gifts

Increase your gift to HALSA without spending any additional money! Many employers will match an employee's donation to a charitable organization. Check with your Human Resources department to determine if your employer offers a matching gift program. If so, please be sure to send HALSA any necessary forms along with your donation. We will handle the rest of the paperwork.
